How to fund your CFD account
There are four easy ways you can fund or top up your CMC Markets CFD account.
Once you’ve funded your new CMC Markets CFD account with a minimum of $1,000, you can top it up any time via credit card, electronic bank transfer or cheque.
However, please note that we can’t accept funds from third parties. All money deposited into your CFD account must come from another account that is in the same name. All payments in and out of your account will be shown on the cash and payment history blotter within Marketmaker™ and also on your daily and monthly statements.

You can fund your account with either MasterCard or Visa.

If you want to make an online payment, please select Online payments for CFD and Forex Account Holders.
Please make sure any payment you make to us is made from a card or account that is in your own name and not someone else’s. Remittances from third party sources may be returned. If you’re thinking of doing this, please contact us first.

You can fund your account by credit card using either MasterCard or Visa.

If you want to make a telephone payment, please have your credit card handy and call our Client Services Team on 0800 888 874. The transaction cost will be 2.32% of your transaction. This charge is provided as an indication of the subsidised rates charged by CMC Markets' acquiring bank. The actual charge levied by our bank will be deducted from your CMC Markets account.
